The Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity to find out about how the club is doing, vote on any issues which may come up and elect a new committee for the coming year. The committee consists of the Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, plus five Ordinary Members, and all eight positions will be due for election. If you would like to stand for election, you will need to find two penguins to act as proposer and seconder, and email James (secretary [at] penguinclub [dot] org [dot] uk) with their details, and the position you are standing for, by Saturday 5th July. If you have any questions about what is involved in being on the committee, or how the election process works, please get in touch.

Every member of the club is able to add items to the agenda to discuss at the AGM. All you need to do is email the secretary ( secretary [at] penguinclub [dot] org [dot] uk) with details of the agenda items, and support of another member, by the end of Saturday 5th July.
